AUAT Admission 2023: Aliah University to conduct offline counselling of B.Sc (Mathematics /Statistics) on August 9, check guidelines here

AUAT Admission 2023: Aliah University has issued a notification in connnection with offline counseling for selecting the specific course under the program code U13 (B.Sc. Hons. in Mathematics / B.Sc. Hons. in Statistics). According to online notification, the offline counselling will be held on August 9, 2023.

Here is what notification says:

“According to rank the candidates will be given chance to opt the specific course
they want to take admission, till the seats in that subject gets filled up. After
counseling candidates have to take on-spot admission by paying required
amount of admission fees. Physical verification of the documents will also be
done on the same date.”

Time schedule for the counselling process:

Proceedings Time

Reporting, Registration and Pre-verification: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Counseling: 12:00 Noon
Admission and Final Verification: 12:30 PM
Venue: Seminar Hall, 3rd Floor, Aliah University, New Town campus.
Students should keep in mind that payment of admission fees does not confirm the admission. Admission may be cancelled if any discrepancy (incorrect information / non-fulfillment of
eligibility criteria) is detected at any stage.]

Guidelines

Candidates have to reach the university by the notified time on the date of
counselling.

They have to report by the notified time and have to register on the
registration desk, where pre-verification of the documents will also be
done. Reporting time of the candidates will be noted.

After collecting the Counseling form, or the preference form, from the
registration desk they have to fill in the form before entering the counseling
hall.
Counselling will start exactly at the notified time.

According to the rank of the candidates and availability of the seats of the
offered courses, and choice of the candidates, an allotment letter will be
issued to a candidate.

Students with a valid allotment letter have to pay the required amount of
admission fees. Modes of payment may be online, cash, or UPI.

4 Mark Sheet of 10th Class (Original + 1self attested photocopy)

6 Mark Sheet of 10+2 Class (Original + 1self attested photocopy)
7 Certificate of 10+2 Class (Original + 1self attested photocopy)
8 School Leaving / Character Certificate (Original) [Applicable for UG candidates]
9 Address Proof / Residential Certificate / Domicile Certificate
10 Notarized affidavit of the Anti-Ragging Undertaking in non-judicial stamp paper
