Applicants for the respective PG program must have completed their Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Students must have obtained 55% or higher in their Master’s degree from a reputable university to be eligible for M.Phil and Ph.D. courses. Online applications must be filled out on the university website. There is a separate application for each department. Students can purchase offline application forms at the university counter.
Recently, Bodoland University has begun the admission process of Ph.D. courses for the Session 2022-23. The last date to fill in the application form is 21 February 2022. The university invites students to fill out the application form online. For the application form, general category students have to pay Rs. 700, and for reserved entrants, it is Rs. 400. For this, interested students can visit the official site of the university.
To apply, one must have passed PG/ M.Phil degree with minimum of 55% score from a UGC-approved university. On the other hand, it is 50% marks for reserved category students.
At the first stage, students will be selected based on marks scored in BURET, and it will be held on 25 February 2022. After the declaration of the result, the university will display the list of qualified students. Afterward, the students will be contacted for the interview on 26 February 2022. Perhaps, the final date of the interview will be notified by the respective department. Lastly, the list of selected students shall be announced, and other admission processes for Ph.D. courses will then take place on the scheduled date.

This entrance exam is mainly conducted by Bodoland University for the degree program MBA, MSc, MA, and MCA, under the PG category. The mode for entrance exam is always offline and its pattern also remains the same. BU offers the syllabus for the entrance exam depending on the degree course for which is the exam taken. It usually contains 100 questions in MCQ format. Equal distribution of marks will be there for each question.
