Delhi University academic council okays UG admissions based on CUET scores

Before selecting their preferences for admission through CUET UG-2023, candidates should carefully understand all of the courses offered, the University of Delhi (DU) advised on Friday. Because some current students admitted they were unsure of their chosen language, the university has provided this advice. “It has been observed by the university that many times applicants choose courses with the sole aim of getting admission in a particular college,” DU stated in a statement. Therefore, it is advised that applicants carefully consider their course options.

The deadline for the second edition of the CUET-UG has been extended until March 30.

The CUET-UG application deadline has been postponed until March 30. Earlier, the application deadline was March 12 and the exam was set for May 21–May 31.

The UGC had stated in March of last year that admission to undergraduate programs would be determined by a common exam rather than the grades received in class twelve. By July, the admissions process for graduate programs will be finished, and the new academic year will begin on August 1.
