DU CUET: For admission to Masters programmes at Delhi University this year, students must take the CUET exam. Previously, students from outside DU were admitted to Masters programmes through an entrance examination. In DU, two undergraduate admission formats were established: 50% of seats were admitted through an entrance examination, and students who graduated from outside DU were frequently included in it.
The second process was based on the merit of graduation marks, and only students who graduated from DU were eligible to participate. This year, CUET will be required for all Masters students. DU made a decision in this regard during its Executive Council meeting last month.
It should be noted that admissions to Masters programmes at DU were completed through December 31st of this year. DU has approximately 12 thousand seats for Masters students in regular courses. DU also offers admission to Masters programmes in NCWEB and SOL solely through an entrance exam.
