DU UG Spot Admission 2023: Round 1 seat allotment results today on du.ac.in

Candidates who obtain a seat in the spot round must then affirm their acceptance between September 1 and September 3.

DU UG Spot Admission 2023: Today, Friday, September 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., the University of Delhi (DU) will announce the results for UG Spot Admission 2023 Round 1 seat allocation. This round of seat allocation applies to applicants for ECA- II, CW- II, Music- II, and BFA- II.

As soon as the seat allocation list becomes available, candidates who participated in the spot admission process will be able to verify their results online at du.ac.in and admission.uod.in.

During this spot round, candidates were not permitted to withdraw from or enhance their seats. Only those applicants who submitted for the supernumerary quota seats were eligible to upgrade their seats. The university had previously clarified that the allocated seats are definitive and cannot be altered.

Moreover, if additional vacancies arise, Delhi University may soon announce additional spot admission phases.

“The candidate will be required to accept the seat allotted in the first round of admission on the spot. “The candidate’s eligibility for admission to UoD will be forfeited if they do not accept the allocated seat in the spot admission round,” specified UoD.

The colleges will then review and approve applications between September 2 and September 4. The deadline for payment of the admission fee has been set for September 5 to conclude the procedure.

The 30th of August marked the end of the online registration period for the first round of DU UG Spot Admission for 2023. The official schedule for this round of undergraduate admissions was made public on August 28 by Delhi University. The registration process for the spot round of admissions via the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023 commenced on the CSAS portal on August 29.

According to data supplied by Delhi University, the first three admissions stages offer a total of 1,29,785 seats. To address any remaining vacancies within the university’s affiliated institutions, DU is organising an admissions round on an as-needed basis.

  1. Navigate to the University of Delhi’s (DU) official website or the admissions portal specified in the article.
  2. Find the link labelled “DU UG Spot Admission 2023 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result” or something similar. This link should be displayed conspicuously on the homepage or admissions page.
  3. Click the result link to access the results page.
  4. On the result page, you may be required to input your login information, such as your registration number, application number, and password. Ensure that you submit the correct information.
  5. After logging in, you should be able to observe the Round 1 seat allocation results. This will display the seat you have been assigned.
  6. After confirming the result, you can print or save the page as a PDF for future reference. This will assist you in monitoring your seat assignment.
