KVS Admissions 2023: Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 1 Admission; date, age limit, how to apply

Parents should bear in mind that their child must be at least 6 years old to be admitted to class I. Age will be calculated beginning on March 31, 2023. The kid should be under the age of eight.

KVS Admission 2023: The admission schedule for Kendriya Vidyalayas’ first class has been published. Kendriya Vidyalaya will release a detailed admission advertisement on March 25. Admission applications for Kendriya Vidyalayas will be accepted beginning at 10 a.m. on March 27 on the official website kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in. The registration deadline has been set for April 17th. The first list of Kendriya Vidyalaya applications will be released on April 20, with applications beginning on April 21. The second KVS admittance list will be released on April 28th. If the seats stay unfilled, the third list will be made public on May 4.

Age Limit for Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission:

In the new KV admissions, 15% of places will be reserved for SC, 7.5 percent for ST, and 27% for OBC.

Aadhaar card of both the kid and the parents

KVS Admissions 2023: How to apply

Online applications are required. Go to and register by clicking on the New Registration button. During the application, the child’s name, parents’ names, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and other details must be meticulously filled out.

Admission for KV 2nd class

If seats are vacant in the second class in any Kendriya Vidyalaya, then admission in the second class there will start from 3rd April. Its last date is 12 April 2023. This process will be offline. Applications will have to be submitted to the principal’s office in the concerned school.
