MSc IT Admission 2022: Masters of Science in Information Technology is usually abbreviated as MSc IT degree program taught at the master’s level. Its time period is about 2 years and it consists of 4 semesters. Both the theoretical and practical aspects of subjects such as analytics, computer systems, data mining, software development, and others related are taught to the candidates.

The topics included in the syllabus of MSc IT are object-oriented programming languages, cyber security, project management, database management, OS, web development, etc. This course can be studied at top Indian Universities where entrance and merit admissions are offered.

Eligibility Criteria for MSc IT Admissions

In order to secure the entry into the MSc IT program in any college, one needs to meet the criteria:

  • Applicants for the MSc IT programme must have earned a bachelor’s degree.
  • It will be a favour to candidates if they have BSc (IT) or another related degree such as B-Tech, BCA, BA, etc.
  • Secured marks of students in the last exam of BSc must be 50-55% as estimated on average.
