TNEA Rank List 2020 released update: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is expected to release the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2020 rank list soon.

According to latest updates, the TNEA Rank List 2020 will release on September 7. Once released, the TNEA Rank List 2020 will be available on the official website. i.e. tneaonline.org.

While all those candidates who have applied for the engineering admission are advised to keep track on the official website, shortlisted candidates will be eligible for admission in B.Tech courses in all participating institutes across the Tamil Nadu State.

Candidates should keep in mind that the online counselling for TNEA 2020 will commence from September 10, 2020..

While the first round of TNEA counselling will be held for special category candidates from September 10 to 14, the TNEA general counselling will commence from September 17, 2020.

TNEA rank list 2020 will be prepared on the basis of three criteria:

Scores secured in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the qualifying examination
Date of Birth
Category of the candidate.

The expected cutt off marks as follows.

Electronics and Communication Engineering: 194.75 – 200.

Manufacturing Engineering: 175.25 – 197.

Computer Science Engineering: 183 – 200.

Mechanical Engineering: 194.25 – 200.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 189.5 – 199.67.

Industrial Engineering: 171.5 – 197.25
