According to a website-published notice, CTET July 2023 applicants can access their admit cards at ctet.nic.in.

Ctet July 2023 Admit Card: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is preparing to disseminate the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) admit cards on its website in July 2023. Candidates who have successfully paid their examination fees will be able to obtain their admit cards via the candidate login on the official website, https://ctet.nic.in.

According to a website-published notice, CTET July 2023 applicants can access their admit cards at ctet.nic.in. The CTET Admit Card will contain detailed examination location information.

On August 18, 2023, the admit cards will be available on the official website of the CBSE (https://ctet.nic.in).

Applicants who submitted their applications and paid the examination fee between April 27, 2023 and May 26, 2023 will take the offline mode (OMR-based) examination on August 20, 2023. On the CTET website, based on the applicants’ current address districts, admit cards containing information about the assigned examination city can be accessed.

Due to the transition from online to offline mode, examination cities have changed dependent on the availability of testing centres. The allocation of examination cities is determined by the current address district supplied by the applicant during the online form submission. No requests for examination city modifications will be considered.

The CTET 2023 passing requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum passing grade for candidates in the general category is 90 out of 150 possible points.
  • Reserved category candidates must earn at least 82.5 out of 150 possible points to pass.

The CTET exam consists of three hours and 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) worth one point each. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are designed for candidates interested in teaching various classes. Each section is worth 150 points, for a total exam score of 300. The passing requirements for the general category are 60% and for reserved categories they are 55%. Candidates who pass the CTET exam receive a certificate that is applicable for life.
