CTU Admit Card 2023: Chandigarh Transport Undertakings (CTU) has announced the hiring of Bus Drivers and Conductors. The admit cards for the recruitment examination are now accessible at https://www.chdctu.gov.in/, the official website of CTU.
The recruitment examination is scheduled for 16 July 2023 in Chandigarh. The scheduling of examinations and reporting varies by position. The Heavy Bus Driver examination will be administered from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, with a reporting time of 1:30 pm. The Bus Conductor examination will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a report time of 9:00 AM.
Male applicants are welcome to submit online applications for a total of 131 vacant positions as Bus Conductors and 46 vacant positions as Heavy Bus Drivers. The selection process will involve direct recruitment.
The vacancies for Bus Conductors are allocated as follows: 61 for the General category, 23 for Scheduled Caste, 35 for Other Backward Classes, and 12 for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Ex-servicemembers and DSEM (Dependents of Servicemembers and Ex-Servicemembers) are also eligible, with 7 positions reserved for them.
Regarding Heavy Bus Drivers, there are 22 General category positions, 8 Scheduled Caste positions, 12 Other Backward Classes positions, and 4 EWS positions. Three and one positions are designated for veterans and candidates for the DSM, respectively.
