3 Upcoming New Tata Cars in India

Tata Punch EV

The Punch EV, which will be positioned above the Tiago EV in the brand’s portfolio, is anticipated to arrive in showrooms next month. Similar to other Tata EVs, the electric SUV will likely be offered with two battery options. It will use Ziptron technology and anticipate that the higher-end battery pack would deliver the promised 350 km of driving range on a single charge.

Pricing-wise, the Tata Punch EV will be less expensive than the Nexon EV, and the interior is likely to include a fully digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, capacitive controls for the air conditioning, and more.

Tata Harrier and Safari

Numerous times, the redesigned Tata Harrier and Safari have been observed doing road tests. The Harrier EV and the recently unveiled Nexon pair will have a big impact on their design. The inside will share a number of features with the facelifted Nexon and Nexon EV in addition to having a completely revised front fascia.

The 2.0L four-cylinder Kryotec diesel engine, which is capable of producing a maximum power output of 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque, will continue to power the Tata Harrier and Safari in 2024. It is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox (MT) or an automatic torque converter (AT). In the near future, a turbo petrol engine might be added to the range.

Tata Curvv EV

The Tata Curvv’s electrified version is anticipated to debut in early 2024, followed by its ICE brother. It will compete with the next Maruti Suzuki eVX and the Toyota electric SUV scheduled to arrive in 2025, and its expected driving range is 500 km.
