Tesla Cybertruck 2024: Release Date, Features, Prices, Specs, and More

Tesla Cybertruck 2024, a futuristic truck designed by Elon Musk, is now available for purchase in the US, clearing a long waiting list.

Tesla Cybertruck 2024: With the release of the striking new Tesla Cybertruck, Elon Musk’s vision of a futuristic but useful truck has come to pass. After a protracted production delay, the new Tesla Cybertruck is now available for purchase in the US with the goal of clearing a years-long waiting list.

The highly anticipated Tesla Cybertruck, which is almost unrivalled, is set to take on the electric variant of the Ford F-150 Lightning, the country’s best-selling car.

Compared to popular pickup trucks in the UK like the Ford Ranger, the highly sought-after Toyota Hilux, and the Volkswagen Amarok, the new Tesla Cybertruck is significantly bigger and heavier. Because of this, it might not even be available for purchase here, but because it is so amazing, we believe it is still worthwhile.

Tesla Cybertruck 2024 Release Date

Two high-end models of the new Tesla Cybertruck are available for purchase in the US. Customers may select between the Cyberbeast, a high-performance model with three electric motors, and an all-wheel drive model with two electric motors.

In America, the new Telsa Cybertruck all-wheel drive starts at $79,990. In the UK, that is around £63,500. The price of the new Tesla Cyberbeast is $99,990, or around £79,500.

Elon Musk has promised a more affordable Tesla Cybertruck with a single motor and rear-wheel drive configuration. This may set you back about £50,000 or $60,000. The expected arrival year is 2025.

Although the new Tesla Cybertruck is now being delivered in America, it is unclear when it will be available in Europe and the UK. Whether EU safety regulations would approve its avant-garde design for retail sale is up for debate.

Interior and Design

All fresh, totally original is the Tesla Cybertruck. Whatever it is—a truck for Mars, a pickup reimagined as a DeLorean, a glimpse into the future—there isn’t anything else exactly like it.

The new Tesla Cybertruck may not fulfil EU safety rules due to its ultra-sharp angles and large flush-fit windscreen with a single wiper, but it also has an extremely slippery 0.34 Cd aerodynamic drag factor.

Notably, Tesla produced a brand-new, extremely durable stainless steel alloy for use in the construction of the new Cybertruck. It’s unpainted, like the original DeLorean, and it makes an extremely rigid exoskeleton.

In addition to providing more torsional rigidity than a McLaren P1, Tesla claims that the bodywork is impervious to dents. There are also options for armoured glass, which can resist a baseball hit at 70 mph.

The new Tesla Cybertruck’s pickup rear deck is referred to as the “vault.” It can carry weights up to two metres long and 1134 kg in weight. There is more storage inside the exoskeleton and the deck is enclosed.

With a front “frunk” added, the Tesla Cybertruck offers an enormous 3423 litres of total cargo capacity, which is to be expected for a car that is nearly 5.7 metres long and 2.2 metres wide.

Similar to previous Tesla vehicles like the Model 3 and Model Y, the interior of the new Tesla Cybertruck is simple. An extra 9.4-inch touchscreen is available for rear-seat passengers in addition to the centrepiece 18.5-inch “infinity” panel.

The new Telsa Cybertruck boasts an expansive panoramic glass canopy, ambient lighting, and an optional acoustic glass interior that makes it extremely elegant. ‘Recording studio sound’ from a 15-speaker stereo will maximise this.

Additionally, the hospital-grade HEPA filter on the new Tesla Cybertruck is said to be able to remove up to 99.7% of airborne particles.

Tesla Cybertruck 2024 Performance and range

A stunning video of the new Telsa Cybertruck out-accelerating a Porsche 911 was released along with the vehicle. Performance is amazing for a pickup truck while pulling a Porsche 911.

With its two electric motors, the new Tesla Cybertruck all-wheel drive even produces 600 PS. This results in a performance of 0–60 mph in under 4.1 seconds.

With over 850PS, the new Tesla Cyberpunk can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 2.6 seconds, making it even more powerful.

As is customary for the American company, the new Tesla Cybertruck’s battery dimensions are not given. The new Telsa Cyberpunk has a 320-mile range, although the company does sell the all-wheel drive version, which has a 340-mile range.

In about 15 minutes, 128 miles of rechargeable range will be obtained using a 250kW Tesla Supercharger DC quick charging. The new Tesla Cybertruck may also use the ultra-rapid 1000kW chargers that are compatible with the new Tesla Semi truck.

With its more compact and reasonably priced battery, the new Tesla Cybertruck rear-wheel drive is expected to reach 60 mph in around 6.5 seconds, and its range is estimated to be about 250 miles.

It has all-around adaptive air suspension and four-wheel steering for better manoeuvrability thanks to steer-by-wire technology.
