Top 10 Best-Selling Cars in India June 2023

Kia Motors: During the month of June 2023, the South Korean automobile giant sold 19,391 vehicles. It ended the month of June in fifth place. With 8,254 units sold in June 2023, the Sonet was Kia’s best-selling vehicle. It was followed by the Carens, which sold 6,367 units, the Seltos, which sold 4,067 units, the EV6 with 83 units, and the Carnival, which sold zero units.

Tata Motors: During the month of June 2023, the Indian automaker sold 47,235 units (including 5,805+ Nexon EV, Tigor EV, and Tiago EV vehicles). It ranked third among automobile manufacturers, surpassing Kia, Mahindra, Honda, Toyota, MG, and Skoda.

Maruti Suzuki’s sales increased by 8.43 percent year-over-year. Total unit sales increased to 1,33,027 from 1,22,687 in June 2022. Baleno, Ertiga, Swift, and Waggon R have contributed to an increase in demand.

Hyundai: Hyundai Motor India has sold 50,001 units in June 2023, compared to 49,001 in the same month of the previous year. A year-over-year increase of 2.04% overall.

Last month, Mahindra sold 32,585 units, compared to 26,904 units sold the same time last year. Due to the high demand for Thar, Xuv 700, and the new Scorpion N.

Toyota: Toyota Kirloskar Motor Records total sales of 18,237 units. In June 2023, the Innova Hycross, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, the Innova Crysta, and the Hilux were the company’s models with the highest demand. In June 2022, retail sales increased by 18.75 percent over wholesale sales.

Tata: In June, Tata sold 47,235 units and ranked third in sales. Sales increased by approximately 4.51%. MG Motors, which sold 5,125 vehicles in June of this year. MG Motor India has experienced a 14.00 percent increase in sales year-over-year (YoY).
