Christmas Abbott Biography: Ed and Barbara Abbott welcomed Christmas Abbott into the world on December 20, 1981. She began working as an attendant at the US base in Iraq when she was 22 years old. It was there that she first learned about cross-fit and fitness training. She came back to America four years later and enrolled in her CrossFit coaching course. I

n 2010, she launched CrossFit Evoke, her gym. She pioneered the path for additional girls and holds a national rating in competitive weightlifting. She received an invitation to join NASCAR’s Pit Crew in 2013 and became the first female member. Her debut book, “The Badass Body Diet,” was released in 2015. She also appeared in season 19 of “Big Brother” in 2017.

Early Life

On December 20, 1981, Christmas Abbott was born. She experienced a terrible accident when she was thirteen years old, leaving her sister severely injured and unconscious. After this incident, she lived a rebellious adolescent life during which she smoked and drank excessively. But when she enlisted in the American base in Iraq at the age of 22, this was all over for her. Christmas began to take care of herself there and discovered the meaning of life. She was introduced to CrossFit and exercise by one of the trainers. She began teaching CrossFit classes soon after her return to the United States, and in 2010 she launched CrossFit Evoke, a gym.

Career

Abbott began lifting weights and quickly rose to the top of the national rankings. In 2013, NASCAR invited her to join the Pit Crew as the first female member due to her strength and determination. Her first book, “The Badass Body Diet: The Breakthrough Diet and Workout for a Tight Booty, Sexy Abs, and Lean Legs,” was released in 2015. In it, she offered advice on how to get the body of her dreams.

She made two appearances in “Big Brother” in 2017: Season 19 and Season 22. During the first week of season 19, she suffered a foot break, and H.o.H. Cody Nickson was nominated to replace her. Afterwards, she had to have surgery after Jason Dent accidentally shattered her foot. She, Paul, and Josh Martinez made it to the final three. She advanced to the final four of “Big Brother” 22, when Cody eliminated her.
