After graduating from high school, Lillard received a basketball scholarship to Weber State University, where he attended and played the sport until completing his sales degree in 2015. Lillard accomplished great success there and frequently led the Weber State Wildcats to victory.
Lillard’s professional career began in 2012 when he was signed by the Portland Trail Blazers. He performed exceptionally well from the get-go, garnering the title of NBA Rookie of the Year for 2012. In 2015, he signed a five-year, $120 million contract with the Trail Blazers after continuing to produce outstanding results in his second and third seasons with the team.
