With the release of the album “Another Place and Time,” which Stock, Aitken, and Waterman also produced for singers like Rick Astley and Kylie Minogue, Summer gained popularity in the dance music industry after initially receiving negative attention. R&B had a big influence on “Mistaken Identity,” which came out in 1991 to mixed reviews. Summer only released “Crayons,” a new album consisting solely of unreleased tracks, in 2008.
