Chung Ha made her solo debut in 2017 while working for MNH Entertainment, after collaborating on various projects with the girl group I.O.I. Before her debut, she released a few songs and tracks in 2017, including “Week,” “Hands on Me,” and “Why Don’t You Know,” among others. In October 2021, Chung Ha was named as a member of the Green Noble Club, which is comprised of contributors who have made contributions totaling at least 100 million won to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
