The title of the publication is “Heal Your Body.” It originated as a compact pamphlet that detailed a series of ailments, their likely etiologies, and methods for eliminating them via the efficacy of positive thinking. Hay gained notoriety in 1988 with an appearance on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” subsequent to establishing Hay Rides. After this, her book debuted on the “New York Times” Bestsellers List and achieved sales of forty million copies in 2011.
