Real Property
Early in 2017, Moore and Goldsmith acquired a $2.56 million midcentury modern residence in Pasadena that had been subjected to regrettable 1990s renovations that had robbed it of its original and classic appeal. The 3,351-square-foot home on 1.4 acres has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The backyard features a swimming pool and expansive views of the San Gabriel Valley. Moore underwent a full renovation to restore the midcentury modern details that had been lost during the 1990s renovation.
