When the movie “Towne” was shown at Pixel Play in 2016, Blackman played “Runaway Train.” That show made her more well-known across the country, which helped build excitement for the album’s release in 2017. Blackman worked with the famous Coca actor Kes Dieffenthaller on the song “Workout.” It was a big hit at the circus. As of 2017, Trinidad was still a popular place to visit. A song by Blackman called “Workout” helped her get to the end of the 2017 Soca Monarch International Competition. She became well-known during the Trinidad Carnival season in February 2017 with the official release of “Workout” and her work with Dieffenthaller. Anson Pro Soverall was the author of “Bailah Mami,” which Blackman released in 2017.

‘Badishh,’ which features Jamaican dancehall artist Shensee, was one of Blackman’s most popular songs released in 2018. In August 2019, she put out her first EP called “The Reel,” which had the hit song “Sweet & Loco.” She’s never been married or had kids.
