Career

Sai cherishes her mother for being a dancer. Sai once stated in an interview that had she not been interested in acting, she would have followed in her mother’s footsteps as a performer. Sai’s participation in numerous school competitions and events contributed to her popularity at school. Even so, she participated in the Vijay TV dance programme Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva. She also competed on the reality competition Dhee Ultimate Dance Show, where she reached the finals. Due to her passion for dancing and her mother’s support, this may be feasible.

This film garnered her a great deal of praise and accolades. Her performance as Malar in the film earned her a nomination for the Film fare award in the category for best female debut south. She also received SIIMA awards for best female debut. She entered the international competition by winning the Asian Film award for Most Popular Actress.

Since Sai’s success graph continues to rise with each passing day. In 2016, she was cast opposite Dulqar Salman in Kali. The following year, she was appointed as Bhanumati in the romantic film Fiddaa, opposite Varun Tej. Sai Pallavi received a Film fare for Best Telugu Actress for Bhanumatu in Fidaa.

She began her career in Tamil films in 2018 with the film Diyaa, which was directed by A.L.Vijay.

She collaborated with Fahad Fasil on the film Athiran, which was a huge success in Bollywood.

In February of 2018, Sai and Sharwanand began filming for the movie Padi Padi Leche Manasu. The film did not perform well at the box office. The media reported that Sai refuses to accept complete payment because she believes her poor performance contributed to the box office failure of the film.

Controversy

During the advertising of Shyam Singing Roy, Sai struck a journalist who inquired about the kissing scene between Nani and Krithi Shetty. She stated that I find this question extremely awkward to pose in this context. Both of them did it for the sake of the plot, as directed by the director. But when posed in this manner, the query became awkward.
