Samantha Elliott Biography: Samantha Elliott, 22 years old, is testing to become a certified public accountant while pursuing a master’s degree in accounting. She intends to work as a federal auditor for the US Army at one of the Big Four accounting firms, and her ultimate goal is to become a forensic accountant for the FBI.
Elliott has partnered with numerous institutions and non-profit organizations to provide workshops and resources on financial literacy to individuals of all backgrounds.

Samantha, a self-described “farm girl” from Freeport, Illinois, was a Teen runner-up in both Illinois and Kansas on her way to the crown. The runners-up were Grace Rodi of DuPage County, Olivia Santelli of Edison Park, Yolina Lindquist of Southern Illinois, and Abby Foster of East Central.
Samantha Elliott Biography: Samantha succeeds Angel Reyes, the victor of Miss USA 2021, who placed fourth runner-up and won the Miss Photogenic award. The 22-year-old accounting and analytics graduate of the University of Kansas will now prepare to represent Illinois at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada this autumn.
“Truly honored to be your new Miss Illinois USA. Words cannot express how excited I am to get this year started and to be headed to Miss USA,” she stated.
Vivica Lewandowski of Gold Coast was crowned Miss Illinois Teen USA 2023 on Sunday, while Sofia Console, Karolina Kozbial, Sophia Xia, and Grace Toomey were named runners-up.
Vivica succeeds Dawn Parks and will now compete in the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant at an undetermined date and location.

Samantha Elliott is a Freeport, Stephenson County, native. Samantha participated in the 2017 Miss Illinois Teen USA pageant and placed in the top 16. Samantha competed in the 2018 Miss Illinois Teen USA pageant and placed third runner-up. She continued to compete in the 2019 Miss Illinois Teen USA pageant, where she placed second runner-up.
She was named Miss Teen Illinois International 2018 in 2018. In 2022, she represented Kansas, USA at America’s Most Beautiful Miss 2022 in Lewisville, Texas, USA, and was named third runner-up. In December 2022, she graduated with two bachelor’s degrees and two honors programs from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
