While many believe that this wrestler adopted the ring name ‘The Undertaker’ from the beginning of his career, this was not the case, as he passed through a variety of ring names over the course of his career. Texas Red was his nickname within the World Class Championship Wrestling federation. After five years with World Class Championship Wrestling, he was recruited to World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1989 under the name “Mean Mark Callous”; however, his contract with this federation lasted only one year. The year 1989 was not only significant for his career, but also for his marriage to Jodi Lynn.

In 1990, the wrestler’s career took off after he signed with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), which in 2002 changed its name to “World Wrestling Entertainment” (WWE). This commitment would make the wrestler a WWE superstar for the next three decades, as his contract lasted until 2020! He first became known as ‘Kane The Undertaker’ in 1990, when he debuted on the series ‘Survivor’. 1991 was a monumental year for the star, as he became the youngest WWF champion at the time by defeating Hulk Hogan.

In the early 1990s, he won a number of matches and series, bringing home world championship titles. However, in the latter part of this decade, he took a step back due to career-ending injuries. Many believed that this was the end of the wrestler’s career, but he returned in the early 2000s and won the WWF Hardcore Championship in 2001. Also around this period, he married his second wife, a woman named Sara Frank. In the latter part of this decade, the wrestler won more championships, although he also divorced Frank and is now married to Michelle McCool!
