Trinidad On September 24, 1987, James was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. His proper name is Nicholaus Joseph Williams. As a child, he lived in Canada and Florida. James grew up in the Bronx of New York City. Because he suffered a head injury when he was 7 years old, he has no recollection of his childhood.

Trinidad attended Catholic School and gained knowledge there. When he was in eighth grade, he was relocated to Atlanta. James began playing basketball at school, where he was also gaining knowledge. After hearing Jay-Z, T.I., Cameron, and Young Jeezy’s music, he desires to begin rapping.

The famous track is from his debut mixtape, “Don’t Be S.A.F.E,” which was independently released on July 31, 2012. Def Jam Records offered him a staggering $2 million contract after a few months. His debut mixtape, which includes a remix of his popular song “All Gold Everything,” was re-released on iTunes by his record label.

Trinidad released his second mixtape, “10 PC Mild,” on August 13, 2013. The release of his two mixtapes helped him gain notoriety. However, Def Jam Recordings fired him on August 1, 2014. He forbade the record label from releasing even a single album. Nevertheless, he planned to collaborate with the record label to distribute his upcoming albums. After leaving Def Jam, James announced that he would be unable to pay the producers who worked on his next album.

After that, James continued to release his other songs as a solo artist. In April 2016, he released the song “Just a Little Thick (She Juicy).” On December 31, 2016, James released his third mixtape, “The Wake Up 2,” on various streaming services.

On June 9, 2018, Trinidad released a brand-new song titled “M.M.M. (Marilyn Maryland Marilyn).” The audience responded positively to the performance. On February 4, 2020, he released the number-one single “Jame$ Woo Woo.” Since then, over 988K people have viewed the song on YouTube.

On November 28, 2020, he performed in the Black Friday Concert, a live-streamed concert. His YouTube channel streamed the event in real-time. His most recent release was the song “Tobago Ba$$,” which was released on February 15, 2021.
