Wong Yuk-Hei was born to Chinese and Thai parents on January 25, 1999 in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. He is a model, rapper, and performer whose stage name is Lucas Wong or simply Lucas. Along with his younger brother, he was raised in Hong Kong and attended Yow Kam Yuen College, which is operated by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. Wong is stunning, but beneath his flawless exterior is a man with a golden heart who is devoted. Numerous boy bands have found success with the K-pop craze. He is a member of both the South Korean and Chinese boy bands. He is a popular participant on prominent reality television programmes and appears to value his new friendships.

Wong was discovered and scouted at a young age by the largest entertainment agency in South Korea, SM Entertainment. He was invited to a modelling audition in Hong Kong, where he was successful, making him one of the few talents to have achieved success after only one modelling audition. As a result, he moved to South Korea and began training to become a future talent, honing his skills in dance, rap, and music, as well as mastering multiple languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean. Until his company revealed him to be a member of the SM Rookies squad, he remained largely cloaked in secrecy for the next two years. Wong appeared alongside Jungwoo and the group began to market him. Following his cameo appearance in NCT’s music video for “Dream in a Dream,” Wong was introduced as a member of SM Entertainment’s special project, a new version of NCT titled NCT 2018, which includes him as one of three newcomers, among others. He made his debut in 2018 with the studio album “NCT 2018 Empathy,” following the formation of the new group. He recorded three songs for the album with the NCT U unit, with whom he performed primarily.

Wong was also a prominent performer in the documentary series “Law of the Jungle,” which followed South Korean boy band musicians around the world. Upon his debut, he collaborated with Taeyeon on the EP “Something New” and made a cameo appearance in the song “All Night Long,” which brought him some solo artist recognition. Additionally, he collaborated with Richard Bona on the song ‘Coffee Break.’ Later that year, he was introduced as a member of NCT’s new China-based subsidiary, WayV. The subunit consists of seven individuals and is the fourth subunit to split off from the main unit. The following year, the band released their debut EP, The Vision, which featured a Mandarin version of the NCT 127 song ‘Regular.’ One of Wong’s most recent endeavours is joining the K-pop group SuperM, which consists of members from SM boy bands including Exo, Shinee, NCT 127, and WayV. Later in the year, the band released an EP with its own name.
