Department of Pre-University Education (PUE) is all set to release the Karnataka Board results for class 12th Science, Commerce and Arts stream by July 20, 2020. State Education Minister S Suresh Kumar who had earlier announced the result to be declared by July end has confirmed the dates in a tweet. The results can be checked online on the official results website karresults.nic.in and on pue.kar.nic.in.
The Karnataka Board examinations for class 12 were initially scheduled to start from March 4 to March 21, 2020. However, the pandemic crisis due to coronavirus pushed some exam dates to June which was later conducted with all the Covid-19 protection measures. Now the results are due to be declared on July 20, 2020.
Over 6 lakh students in the state had registered for the 12th board exams this year and have been awaiting their results. State Minister Suresh Kumar has tweeted saying “Many students are calling me to know whether Second PUC results will be announced today. I once again inform all that Second PUC results will come out around 20th July”.
Due to heavy traffic on result day, the official result website karresults.nic.in may run slow or face some other connectivity issue. In that case, students may also refer to these websites as an alternative:

The students who appeared for the second PUC 2020 need to secure at least 35 per cent marks to pass the lass 12t examination. A minimum of 70 marks is required in the language paper, and other subjets require 30 marks ea to obtain 210 marks out of 600 to get a passing certificate.
