AIIMS, New Delhi Invites Applications for 528 Sr Resident
AIIMS NORCET-5: In order to fill Nursing Officer vacancies at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix’s pre-revised Pay Band-2, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released an online application for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-5. Based on open positions, these Group-B positions are meant for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS campuses.
Aspiring candidates have till August 25, 2023 to complete their registration once the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-5 application procedure begins on August 5, 2023. The due date for the application fee is the same day as well. There is a window available from August 26 to August 28, 2023, for people who need to make changes to their applications. A NORCET The Stage I preliminary exam is slated for September 17, 2023, which is a Sunday. The Stage II NORCET Mains exam is consequently scheduled for Saturday, October 7, 2023. These dates mark important turning points in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ (AIIMS) NORCET-5 hiring process.

Online (CBT) for Stage I: Sunday, September 17, 2023 (NORCET Preliminary Date)
Stage II online (CBT): Saturday, October 7, 2023 (NORCET Mains)
The NORCET-5 application fee is Rs. 3,000 for general/OBC candidates, Rs. 2,400 for SC/ST/EWS applicants, and there is no price for PH applicants. You can pay the application cost with a debit card, credit card, or through net banking.
Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30 as of August 25, 2023, with regard to the age requirement.
After the age of 30, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit: SC/ST candidates receive a 5 years
A 90-minute qualifying stage is the NORCET Preliminary exam. It has 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for 100 marks, including 20 MCQs for general knowledge and aptitude and 80 MCQs for nursing syllabus themes. Each incorrect answer has a 1/3 mark deduction. It’s vital to remember that the NORCET Preliminary results only serve to establish eligibility for Stage II: NORCET Main and not the final Merit/Rank.
