AMU researchers present paper on Biophilic design and corporate environment

In their paper, the authors provided an analysis of the effects of biophilic design elements on human resource productivity in a corporate setting.

The Faculty of Commerce at the University of Delhi hosted the 74th All India Commerce Conference for the Indian Commerce Association, which Prof. Babu Bakhsh Mansuri, Dr. Badruzzama Siddiqui, and his research assistant, Ms. Megha Yadav, all faculty members of the Commerce Section of Aligarh Muslim University, attended.

In their paper, the authors provided an analysis of the effects of biophilic design elements on human resource productivity in a corporate setting. The concept of biophilic design has gained popularity as a strategic approach in corporate environments due to its innate connection to nature.

The goal is to create workspaces that provide natural environments by integrating natural elements, such as greenery, natural light, and organic materials.
