Army Conducts Computer Literacy Course: Jammu, 18 July: In an effort to bridge the digital divide and empower children living in remote villages, the Indian Army organised a computer literacy course in the J&K district of Ramban, village Kanga

The PRO defence of Jammu stated, “A total of 30 students have registered for this 28-day course, which began yesterday in the village of Kanga in the district of Ramban.

Courses in Computer Literacy Conducted by the Army A spokesperson for the Indian Army stated, “The computer literacy courses conducted by the Indian Army have far-reaching benefits for children in remote villages, as the programme promotes inclusivity by bridging the digital divide and ensuring that children from all backgrounds have equal opportunities to succeed.

In addition, computer literacy enables children to become digitally literate citizens, enabling them to access information, communicate effectively, and utilise technology for personal and community development.Students of varying ages have praised the efforts of the Indian Army to provide the essential exposure and guidance to young talent, according to the PRO Defence Jammu.
