Assam’s Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has extended the application deadline for the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2023. To fill out and submit the online application for Assam PAT 2023, candidates must visit the official website at dte.assam.gov.in.
The deadline for submitting an online application for the Assam PAT 2023 has been extended to 5 p.m. on May 8, 2023. Previously, the deadline was May 5, 2023; however, the DTE has now extended it by three days.
The tentative date for the Assam PAT exam is June 11, June 18, or June 25, 2023. The final examination date will be announced in due time. In addition, the Assam PAT admit card 2023 will be issued at a later date, which has not yet been announced.
The Assam PAT 2023 will be administered for admission into three-year diploma programmes in engineering and technology for the academic year 2023-24.

As of December 31, 2023, candidates from the general and OBC/MOBC categories must be 20 years and 6 months old, while candidates from the SC/ST category must be 23 years and 6 months old.
The candidate must have passed the HSLC or its equivalent examination in a single sitting, with Maths and Science as required subjects. Applicants must also have passed both the Theory and Practical exams in Mathematics and Science.
