Ramlakhan Babu established schools in a variety of locations, including Patna, Paliganj, Bakhtiyarpur, Gaya, Jehanabad, and Aurangabad. No Bihar leader has ever constructed a college on this scale. Ramlakhan Babu always laboured for the benefit of the people rather than his own. The CM urged everyone not to fight and to live together in peace and unity.

The Chief Minister also released the book ‘Ramlkhan Singh Yadav – Personality and Krititva’ and the magazine ‘Doosra Mat’ penned by Dr. Raghuvar Prasad during the programme. A campaign called ‘Chalo Chalen Kalam’ was also started. MP Ram Kripal Yadav, MLA Bhai Virendra, Legislative Councilor Ghulam Gaus, Patna Municipal Corporation Mayor Sita Sahu, National Awardee in the field of Mithila Art Dr. Bharti Dayal, former MLA Jayawardhan Yadav, grandson of Ramlakhan Singh Yadav, and former MLA Vijender Yadav attended the ceremony. Shubh Lakshmi, Ramlakhan Singh Yadav’s grandchild, Ramlakhan Singh Yadav Smriti Manch President Raviranjan, Vice President Shaukat Ali Rizvi, Coordinator Engineer Pappu Yadav, and General Secretary Rajesh Ranjan also spoke.
