BSSC Inter Level Recruitment: Hearing on 23 August bio metric marks in PT and main exam not matched

BSSC Inter Level Recruitment: Patna High Court will hear on August 23 the matter of cancellation of candidature if the biometric mark taken of the candidates during counseling does not match with the biometric mark taken during the PT and main examination. The single bench of Justice Madhuresh Prasad gave this order after hearing several petitions simultaneously. SS Sundaram, counsel for the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission, told the court that the commission has implemented this rule to prevent fake candidates in the competitive examination.

The biometric marks of the candidates were taken in the PT and main examination of the Inter-Level Combined Competitive Examination. During counselling, the biometric marks obtained in PT and main examination were matched. The candidates whose marks did not match were debarred from counselling. Also, an FIR has been lodged against him.
