Avani Malhotra, from Jaipur, received the highest package of 64.61 from Microsoft in placements. Avni attended Jaapi University of Engineering and Technology. Jappi University shared information about Avni’s incredible success on its LinkedIn page. According to the institute, Avni was offered the dream job with the highest salary at IIM Sambalpur the day before, proving that determination and hard work always pay off in the form of success.

IIM Sambalpur also reported that 130 companies participated in this year’s placement season, with companies making job offers for the first time, a 56% increase. The highest salary package received by an IIM Sambalpur student this year was Rs 64.61 lakh per annum, which Avni received. Even in the form of the largest package, the companies have increased by 146.7%. This year has seen an average increase of 26% in job offers.
