COMEDK 2023: This year, four students from Bengaluru achieved one of the top ten positions on the Comed-k Examination, compared to six students the previous year. Saturday saw the announcement of results. Nandha Gopi Krishna, a pupil at DPS Bengaluru East from the city of Sarjapur, achieved first place.
Siddarth Pamidi from Banashankari (rank 3), Arjun B Dikshit from Sanjaynagar (rank 9), and Manish H Parashar from RR Nagar (rank 10) are additional rank bearers from the city.
Others in the top ten included two from Haryana, two from Kerala, and one each from Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka (Mysuru).
ComedK revealed that 53 of the top 100 ranking individuals are from Karnataka.
Consideration was given to percentile score when announcing positions. There were up to 2,543 candidates in the 90 to 100 percentile.
According to COMEDK, 77,232 students (25,244 from Karnataka and 51,988 from other states) sat for the exam. Which was administered in 264 centres and 179 cities across the nation.
On May 30, provisional answer keys were published, and 36 candidates challenged them. On June 6, the final answer keys were distributed.
The COMEDK counselling would be conducted online, and candidates would be required to transmit scanned copies of their documents via their login.
The eligible candidates’ rank cards have been generated and are accessible through their ‘applicant logon’ on the COMEDK website (www.comedk.org).
