CSAB Special Round 1 Results 2023: The Central Seat Allocation Board will present the results of the CSAB special round 1 for Admission and eCounselling Services 2023 in NEW DELHI. The purpose of this special round is to fill open positions in esteemed colleges and universities like the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), and Government-funded Technical Institutes (GIFTs). Candidates have till August 12 to make the best decisions possible by using the “surrender” and “withdraw” options.

Anyone who isn’t given a seat may ‘leave’ the CSAB counselling procedure. From August 8 to August 12, chosen candidates must complete online reporting, pay admission costs, provide supporting documentation, and respond to questions. Questions from the institute must be answered by August 12 at 5 PM. The period of reporting to assigned colleges is set for August 14–21. Results for CSAB Special Round 3 will be released on August 13.

Selected candidates have five alternatives during CSAB special counselling in 2023: “freeze,” “slide,” “float,” “surrender,” and “withdraw.” Selecting “freeze” indicates satisfaction with the designated programme and institution. Candidates can use “Slide” to change to a better programme if there are openings at the designated institute. By choosing “surrender,” candidates are still eligible for the CSAB special round 2, but by choosing “withdraw,” they forfeit the assigned seat and are no longer eligible.
