200 job fairs in 2023: Saturday, the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar, announced that 200 job fairs in 2023 will be and stated that self-reliance and self-respect are two crucial pillars for the advancement of youth. As part of the ‘CM Ki Vishesh Charcha’ initiative, Khattar addressed youths who obtained employment through job fairs via audio-conference. He stated that since January 2019 until now, 1,450 job fairs have been organised in the state and 31,217 youths have received employment assistance.
According to an official statement, the chief minister announced that 200 employment fairs will be organised this year.

In the government sector, according to Khattar, 1.14 lakh jobs have been created, and an additional 56,000 government positions will be created for youth.
In this fashion, the current government will provide 1.70 million jobs, the chief minister said, adding that additional efforts will be made to employ two million young people.
Khattar stated that the BJP-led state government has provided over one million government employment based solely on merit and with complete transparency.
In addition to this, “benefits have been provided under various schemes to establish employment and self-employment opportunities in the private sector,” he said, per the statement.
According to him, over 80,000 young people have benefited from the Haryana Skill Development Mission. Khattar added that the Shri Vishwakarma Skill University has been established to provide youth with training and industry-focused education.
