IIT JAM 2024 registration: Tomorrow, September 5, the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras will launch the online registration procedure for IIT JAM 2023. Once started, interested and eligible candidates can register for the Joint Admission Test through the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in.

According to the schedule, the application period for IIT JAM 2023 will be from September 5 to October 13, 2023. The examination will be held on February 11, 2024, and admit cards will be distributed on January 8, 2024. The 2023 IIT JAM Result is anticipated to be released on March 22, 2024.

The JAM 2023 score will be used for admission to a variety of postgraduate programmes, including MSc, MSc (Tech), MS (Research), MSc – MTech Dual Degree, Joint MSc – PhD, and MSc – PhD dual degree, offered by top institutes across the nation. For the academic year 2024-25, 21 IITs offer approximately 3000 places in their undergraduate programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have earned a bachelor’s degree or who are in their final year of undergraduate study are eligible for admission through JAM 2024.

How do I enroll for the IIT JAM 2024 registration?

1. Navigate to the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, select the registration link for IIT JAM 2024.
3. Register and complete the JAM application form.
4. Upload required documentation and pay the application fee.
5. Download the application form and print it out for future reference.

Exam Pattern

JAM 2024 will be administered in seven subjects, also known as Test Papers: Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), and Mathematical Statistics (MS). The only language used for Test Papers is English. The examination will be administered in two sessions on February 11, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
