India Post GDS Registration 2023: Today, August 23, India Post will stop accepting online applications for the Gramin Dak Sewak, GDS Recruitment 2023. Candidates who are interested are encouraged to register before the deadline on the official website, indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.
On August 3, the online application for India Post GDS Recruitment 2023 went live. The application period for the Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) as Branch Post Master (BPM), Assistant Branch Post Master (ABPM), and Dak Sevaks is currently open. The application correction window will open on August 24 and close on August 26 for registered candidates.
The applicants must fall between the ages of 18 and 40. However, reserved category candidates are eligible for age reductions.
Applicants for GDS 2023 must possess a secondary school diploma from the tenth grade. In addition, they must have passed the Mathematics and English examinations administered by a recognised Board of School Education under the Government of India, State Governments, or Union Territories in India.

The applicants will be shortlisted for employment based on a merit list generated by the system. The merit list will be compiled based on the marks obtained/conversion of Grades/Points to marks in the Secondary School Examination of 10th standard of approved Boards, rounded to four decimal places. It is required to pass all subjects according to the respective board-approved standards.
The aspirants are required to submit a Rs. 100 application fee. However, SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transwomen and Female registrants do not have to pay a fee.
