International CME on Hematology: The Department of Pathology, J.N. Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University’s International CME on “Haematology: Basic Concepts and Changing Paradigm” closed with a felicitation/valedictory session, with Prof. Mohd. Mohsin Khan, Finance Officer, AMU, as the chief guest.
The honorees included Dr. Suparno Chakrabarti of the Dharamshila Narayana Super Specialty Hospital in New Delhi and Prof. Nuzhat Hussain, Chairman of the Department of Pathology at Dr. RMLIS in Lucknow.
On this occasion, awards were given to the winners of the oral and poster presentations that were held throughout the CME.

In the oral paper presentation category for haematology, Dr. Sadaf Abbas took first place, and Dr. Syed Saad Salman came in second.
The first prize for the haematology poster presentation went to Dr. Fatima Qaiser, and Dr. Ritoja Chakraborty took home the second place award.
