Today JEE Paper had 90 questions and the total marks of JEE Main Paper-1 was 300. Five questions out of 10 in each subject were to be attempted from the Numerical Based Section, leaving the total number of questions to be attempted by the candidates 75.

The questions cover almost all the chapters of CBSE Board XI and XII. The paper balanced according to the students in terms of the coverage of the chapters. It was of the same level as compared to the papers held in June session of JEE Main, 2022

The JEE Mains aspirant said, “It was an easy paper. In the previous JEE exams, the maths section was difficult. In today’s paper, everything seemed easy. The best was that I could do it well on time. I was a little scared that the chemistry might take time. But no, all went well.”
Another student said, “The questions in today’s paper were like they came in class 12th exam. So, I think more than anything, numbers or right and wrong answers will matter. Physics was easy and maths was easy. It was the same. I was a bit scared in chemistry, as I am often afraid of this subject.
