NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed on Saturday that the groundbreaking National Education Policy-2020. He continues saying it functions according to Indian languages the respect they deserve, signals the end of a time. Those from disadvantaged backgrounds and those from rural areas were discriminated against because they lacked English fluency.
Speaking at a ceremony to commemorate the third anniversary of the NEP’s inception. Prime Minister Modi declared that the “biggest injustice” done to students was to judge them solely on the basis of their language rather than their abilities and talent. “Mother tongue education is starting to bring true justice for the youthful potential in India. It is also a huge stride in the direction of social fairness,” he added.
The PM declared, “NEP will accord due respect and credit to every language in the nation.”
Further, he cheers appreciating the new National Education Policy. He explains all the new changes to be implemented from this academic session. These changes will students intellectually bright rather than only bookish knowledge. He takes a pledge to make every student from India a person full of virtues and morals.
