Kalyan based college felicitated ISRO scientist: Anish Sam, an ISRO scientist and the Deputy Project Director of the Chandrayaan-III mission, was hosted in Kalyan by the K.M. Agrawal college in Kalyan today.
During the college programme, Anish Sam discussed various aspects of Chandrayaan-III and shared his experience with students.
Sam is a component of the GSLV-MK3 Launch Vehicle at ISRO Thumba’s Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre in Kerala.
During the programme, the College Principal, Dr. Anita Manna, greeted Sam, presented him with a gift, and congratulated him and the entire ISRO team on the success of Chandrayaan-III.

Sam, while interacting with students, explained various aspects of Chandrayaan-III and inspired students by informing them that India was the first nation to arrive on the Moon’s south pole.
He stated that failure should not demotivate students. Failure is the prerequisite for achievement.
He invited students from Agrawal College to participate in the ISRO Space Week Programme.
