Admission to MBBS seats will be extremely competitive this year. This year, a record 21 lakh applications were received for the NEET UG medical entrance exam. This year also NEET paper will be of 720 marks only. There is no change in the exam pattern. One question will be of four marks. There will be negative marking. One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. There will be 35 questions in Section A, 15 questions in Section B in all the four subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Any 10 out of 15 questions will have to be attempted. Students have to attempt 180 questions out of 200.
