‘Must work as partners…’: Chinese envoy to India amid strained ties over LAC

Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong said India and China should come together as partners rather than rivals. Weidong made the statement on the sidelines of an event organised by India-China Friendship Association ICFA in Bengaluru. The Chinese envoy’s remark come amidst strained bilateral ties between the two countries over the border dispute.
