NEET PG Counselling 2023: First round seat allotment results today; check details

The registration period for the NEET PG 2023 round 2 seat allocation will be from August 17 to August 22, and the results will be released on August 25.

NEET PG Counselling 2023: Today, August 7, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the seat allocation result for the first round of NEET PG counselling 2023. This allocation will determine admission to fifty percent of the All India quota for MD and MS programs.

The National Eligibility combined Entrance Test for postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 seat allocation results are available on the official website at mcc.nic.in. On August 8, those who receive seats must upload their documents to the MCC portal. Then, between August 8 and 14, students must report to their designated institutes with original documents.

The registration period for the NEET PG 2023 round 2 seat allocation will be from August 17 to August 22, and the results will be released on August 25.

For verification purposes, candidates must present a number of essential documents upon reporting to their colleges. These documents include the Allotment Letter issued by MCC, the Admit Card issued by NBE, the Result or Rank Letter issued by NBE, and the mark sheets of the first, second, and third professional examinations for MBBS or BDS. In addition, candidates must have their MBBS/BDS degree certificate or provisional degree certificate, as well as a certificate from the institution’s or college’s director stating that they will complete their internship by March 31, 2019.

In addition, candidates must hold a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/NMC or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council. A Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable if the candidate is currently completing an internship and is expected to finish by March 31 of the admission year.
In addition, candidates must possess a High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth and one of the identification documents (ID Proof) listed in the Information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET, such as a PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, or Aadhaar Card.

In addition, candidates from reserved categories must possess relevant certificates, such as a SC/ST certificate, an EWS certificate, an OBC certificate, and, if applicable, a Disability certificate.

Checking the first round NEET PG Counseling 2023 seat allocation result:

  • Visit the Medical Counselling Committee’s (MCC) official website at mcc.nic.in.
  • Find the “NEET PG Counselling 2023” section on the homepage of the website.
  • Click the link labeled “First Round Seat Allotment Result 2023.”
  • You will be redirected to a new page where you will be required to input your NEET PG 2023 roll number and other credentials.
  • After entering the necessary information, select the “Submit” button.
  • The result of the first round of seat allocation for the NEET PG Counselling 2023 will be displayed on the screen. You can view your assigned college and course information.

Note: Take a printout or screenshot of the result for future reference, and adhere to the additional instructions provided for document verification and reporting to the assigned institute by the specified dates.
