NEET SS 2023 exam postponed: Due to the G20 Summit scheduled for September 9 and 10, 2023, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the NEET SS 2023 examination.
“Due to the 18th G20 Summit scheduled to be held in India on September 9th and 10th, 2023 and the resulting travel restrictions that will be in place in Delhi from September 8th to 10th, 2023, the conduct of NEET-SS 2023, which was scheduled to be held on September 9th and 10th, 2023 across the country, has been postponed,” read an official statement.
Due to security concerns, the board recently announced that Srinagar will not be considered as an examination city. However, the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA) has requested an additional examination centre to accommodate Srinagar candidates.
The NEET SS admit card 2023 is scheduled to be disseminated on September 4, per the schedule. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Super Specialty is the sole eligibility-cum-ranking examination for applicants seeking admission into a variety of DM/MCh and DrNB Super Specialty programmes.
The NEET SS 2023 examination will include sixty percent of queries from the super specialty field and forty percent from the related broad specialty. In a span of two and a half hours, candidates will be required to respond to a total of 150 inquiries.
