NIRF 2022 Rankings: The Union Education Minister will release the Higher Educational Institutions Rankings of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) tomorrow, 15 July on Friday.

These include overall, university, engineering, management, pharmacy, college, medical, law, architecture, dental and research.
Talking about last year, IIT Madras was adjudged the best educational institute in the country in the overall category in 2021. While IISc Bangalore was second and IIT Bombay third. In the Best University category, IISc Bangalore stood first, JNU second and BHU third.
The category of top research institutes was also included in the ranking framework last year. In this category 2021 IISc Bangalore stood first, IIT Madras second and IIT Bombay third.
