In an effort to create jobs and advance skill development in the nation, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), which operates under the auspices of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), announced on Monday that it has inked Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) with Blinkit, Apna, and Quess Corp.
The collaborations seek to develop a workforce that is easily accessible for a range of industries, each of which supports a distinct area of the economy.
Through the MoU with Blinkit, Apna and Quess Corp will co-create curriculum and skill the workforce for the burgeoning quick-commerce industry and associated warehousing employment responsibilities, while Apna and Quess Corp will integrate their jobs platforms with Skill India Digital through SSO.

Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC and MD of NSDC International, stated in a statement: “NSDC designs and implements training programmes that equip individuals with the necessary skills demanded by the evolving job market by collaborating with private businesses.”
“The company’s dedication to promoting skill development has a domino effect, favourably impacting economic expansion and augmenting the employability of millions in various Indian sectors,” he continued.
The partnership with Blinkit will also concentrate on hiring applicants who can contribute right away to the designated employment position in the fast commerce industry.
Additionally, Apna will give NSDC industry insights and assist in conducting surveys with important companies, and Quess will help NSDC mobilise employers to participate in Job Fairs.
