  • Go to https://pfms.nic.in/ to view the PFMS website.
  • The screen displays the primary page of the Public Financial Management System.
  • On the homepage, select “Track NSP Payments.”
  • The page Track NSP payments is displayed.
  • Enter an NSP Application ID, NSP Application ID, or Bank Name if you have one.

The data of applicants will be validated by the CSC VLE utilising NSP biometric authentication.

If the information provided by the Applicants matches a record in the NSP database, the NSP-BA utility will present the Applicants for confirmation, and the CSC VLE will capture a live image of the Applicants.

The CSC VLE will biometrically authenticate Applicants following confirmation.

The CSC database will contain biometric authentication data, while the NSP portal will be updated with success/failure and other transactional data.

Re-validation Process of Applicants by INOs/DNOs

  • In INO logins, successful biometric authentication applications will be re-validated.
  • If HoI and INO bio-auth of the institution are successful, INO re-validation will be enabled.
  • These students will receive a text message informing them that their applications have been returned to their INOs for revalidation.
  • If INO does not re-validate applications by the final deadline, they will be forwarded to SNO/DNO logins for re-validation.
  • Revalidation by L1 or L2 officers will assign the status Accepted or Rejected to the application. There is no other option for revalidation.
