CBSE Board Exam 2023: CBSE will begin psychological counselling for 10th and 12th grade candidates on Monday. Examinees will also have the opportunity to speak with the counsellor via video call for the first time. Online counselling will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It will be entirely free.
The board has issued a toll-free number 1800118004. Candidates and their parents can call this number at any time. The board has assembled a team of 97 psychologists from across the country to help with this. It also includes Pramod Kumar, the only psychologist from Bihar and a teacher at Nalanda Sainik School. Pramod Kumar stated that he would be available for 24-hour psychological counselling from 1.30 to 5.30 p.m.
During this time, the problems of examinees from Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh must be resolved. Corona infection has had an effect on board exams for the past two years. In such a case, psychological counselling has begun to help students feel less stressed about the exam. This counselling will continue until the results of the board exam are released, allowing students to be relieved of their stress.
